This weekend my friend Matthew and I joined a sellout crowd at the Maitland Showground for the 11th edition of the the touring music festival, Groovin the Moo.
Apart from enjoying the festival music, it was fun observing how the 90s fashion was working the crowd. (I myself also took inspiration from the 90s with my hairstyle). Matthew and I arrived at the Maitland Showground carpark around 10.30am and was greeted by the car park staff asking us ‘kids’ if we were ready to move to the groove. Only half the car park was filled at this stage so we took the spare time to pose with 2 camels you see below!
We were blessed with clear blue skies and great performances by Meg Mac, Charli XCX (her dance style is really something to watch), Ball Park Music, The Delta Riggs, Wolfmother (love you Andrew Stockdale!) and my absolute favourite San Cisco.
Above: As luck would have it, I chanced upon a $3 roll in the outside bins at the Remnant Warehouse. I decided to create a two piece look (not specifically for GTM) that would be flexible to mix ‘n’ match and also easy to pack for my travel trips.
